Office employee for our rentalteam 24-40 hours a week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic personality for our rental team. You arrange everything for our customers and your colleagues and you are responsible for the housing offer and social media. You are a pleasant, representative and stress-resistant personality and you like to help people. You like tackling and you work accurately.
Job description
– Support of the brokers and the team
– Telephone handling
- Scheduling appointments and agenda management
– Correspondence (letters and e-mails)
- Drafting and sending agreements
– Monitoring deadlines, file management and archiving
– Reception and guidance of visitors
– Inform interested parties about our offer
– Provide presentation of housing supply (e.g. via Funda)
- Taking care of marketing and Social Media
