We are looking for:
Field rental employee 32-40 hours per week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercial personality for our rental team. You support the rental agent, conduct viewings and arrange everything for our customers. You are also responsible for the housing supply and social media. You are a pleasant, representative and stress-resistant personality and you enjoy helping people. You also like to tackle things, you work accurately and you can work well together in a team. You are in possession of a driver's license and preferably in possession of (or learning to become) an assistant broker (A-RMT). Mastering the Dutch and English language, spoken and written, is a must.

Job description

  Support from the rental agent and the team;
  Arranging viewings;
  Contact with customers and tenants;
  Telephone handling;
  Scheduling appointments and agenda management;
  Conducting correspondence (letters and e-mails);
  Drafting and sending rental agreements;
  Monitoring deadlines, file management and archiving;
  Reception and guidance of visitors;
  Inform interested parties about our offer;
  Provide presentation of housing supply (including via Funda);
  Taking care of marketing and Social Media;
