Agnetapark

Perhaps the most beautiful district of Delft to live, near downtown but very quiet and green, including a beautiful park and almost entirely protected by Unesco.

Binnenstad

The city centre is a charming historic district, popular with locals, students and tourists. The many services and attractions make it a great place to live for people of all ages. 

Buitenhof

The Buitenhof district was developed in the 1960s and 70s as Delft expanded. It has many high-rise flats. It is a traditional residential district with wide streets, open space and water.

Delfgauw

Delfgauw is a village in the municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp. It lies between Delft and Pijnacker near the N473 and N470, and is largely built in the Noordpolder of Delfgauw.

Delfgauw Buitengebied

Delfgauw outside area is a mix between greenhouses, farms, homes, natural areas and pastures. A wonderful area for taking a bike and discovering all the different facets.

Delfgauw-Ruyven

Ruyven is a business park of 50 hectares and a leisure area named after a former residential center. 

Delftechpark

Delftechpark is a business park for innovative, knowledge-intensive companies . The development started in 1995. Previously the football club sv Wippolder was established at this location (sportpark Oudelaan).

Den Hoorn

Den Hoorn is a village in the municipality of Midden-Delfland, Province of South Holland, Netherlands. The village is situated in the shadow of Delft and is in fact a suburb of Delft with a small town heart.

Ecoduswijk

The ecoduswijk is part of the districts of Hof van Delft and Voordijkshoorn and is a nice area to live in. It consists of a number of different neighborhoods with very diverse population. Near the city center, but still very quiet and very green and eco-friendly!

Emerald

In the late nineties the development of the district Emerald took place on the south side of Delfgauw.

Gist / DSM

Gist (Yeast) DSM area and formerly site of the famous Calve peanut butter factory. The yeast factory has had a major impact on the city of Delft and is still a major employer in the city.

Harnaschpolder

Harnaschpolder near Den Hoorn is a recent residential area of ​​Delft with housing, business and recreation.

Hof van Delft

Hof van Delft is a popular and highly populated district with many low-rise buildings and little flats. The neighborhood is mostly built before World War II.

Indische buurt

A mainly 30s neighborhood on the north side of Delft bordering Rijswijk and near downtown. A quiet area where new construction is also partially committed project include Smaragd and 1001 night recently.

Industrieterrein Schieweg

The largest industrial area of Delft, where living and working go together. Makro is here among others located adjacent showrooms and other industrial companies.

Midden-Delfland

The landscape of central Delfland is a peatland area, but is surrounded by various towns and the nature reserve bordering Delft, Schipluiden and Maasland. A lovely area to live, cycling and boating.

Molenweide

A young neighborhood of Delft adjacent to Den Hoorn.

Nootdorp

Nootdorp is a village in the municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp. It is near The Hague, Delft and Pijnacker.

Parkzoom

Parkzoom is a street in the Hoornse Hof neighbourhood, a residential area built in 1995 with it's own park and is home to a hockey club and attached to Den Hoorn.

Pijnacker

Pijnacker is part of Pijnacker-Nootdorp, a village which has become increasingly grown through new construction.

Plaspoelpolder

The Plaspoelpolder in Rijswijk is an easily accessible business park in the heart of the Randstad. The business park covers six decades of activity and has organically evolved into the largest and most versatile business park of The Hague region.

Plein Delftzicht

A young neighborhood with intermediate older buildings especially along the Rijn-Schie channel leading to Delfshaven. Tight family homes and modern apartments and later a new connection to Delft where the train track goes underground.

Recreation area Delftse Hout

Delftse Hout is a district in the northwest of Delft. It consists mainly of a recreational lake, forest and greenery. Also located here is Arboretum Heempark Delft.

Rijswijk

Rijswijk is located on the south side of The Hague and in the north of Delft. The municipality is part of the Metropolitan Region Haaglanden and Rotterdam-The Hague.

Rijswijk Buiten

Rijswijk Buiten (Outside) is a neighborhood in development between Rijswijk and Delft, a former greenhouse area.

Rijswijk Zuid

Part of Rijswijk is fixed at Delft and also seems to belong to Delft ... not officially so.

Rode Kruisbuurt

A hidden little neighborhood that borders on the Ecoduswijk and Hof van Delft. With quiet streets such as the Henry Dunantlaan and Bastinglaan with drive in homes and spacious 2 under 1 roof homes with big gardens.

Schieoevers

The largest industrial area of Delft, where living and working go together.

Schipluiden

Schipluiden is a place in the Dutch municipality of Midden-Delfland. The name is mentioned for the first time in the mid-twelfth century. 

Tanthof Oost

Tanthof is built from the late 70s as a spacious area with many low-rise buildings and greenery. The district is split by the road Abtswoude in east and west. 

Tanthof West

The Tanthof district was built in the late 1970s as a spacious neighbourhood with lots of greenery and very few high-rise buildings. The district is split into east and west by the Abtswoude Road.

Technopolis

Technopolis is currently realized, there are already the headquarters of 3M and Exact as well as a complex of Deltares, NMI and the university.

Universiteit

TU Delft is a worldwide concept as a knowledge center and a magnet for students from all over the world. For Delft of great importance. Totaling nearly 30,000 students!

Voordijkshoorn / Rodekruisbuurt

Voordijkshoorn is a spacious district with a lot of greenery. It was built after 1945. The number of homes has increased in recent years due to new neighbourhoods being built. 

Voorhof

Voorhof is a very densely-populated district with many flats situated between a number of main roads. There are almost 7,000 homes.

Vrij Harnasch (industrial area)

In the municipality of Midden Delfland, centrally situated between The Hague, Delft, the Westland and Rotterdam, Harnaschpolder covers a total area of approximately 200 hectares, of which approximately 50 hectares is used as a business park. 

Vrijenban

Vrijenban is a very green district between the centre of Delft and the recreation area Delftse Hout (Delft Wood), which provides various sports and recreation opportunities. 

Wateringen

Wateringen is a town of 14,406 inhabitants (January 1, 2011) in the Westland in South Holland.

Wateringseveld / Strijp

Wateringse Veld is a new residential area in the municipality of The Hague. Between 1996 and 2012, 7500 homes were built.

Waterwijck

Westerkwartier

Westerkwartier is a neighborhood in Delft, southwest of the Delft station, between the Coenderstraat, Westlandseweg, Krakeelpolderweg and Hugo de Grootstraat.

Westlandhof

Area enclosed by Westlandseweg, Buitenwatersloot and Prinses Beatrixlaan.

Wippolder

Wippolder is the largest district in terms of area but has relatively few residents. The district includes some rural and industrial areas.

Ypenburg

Ypenburg is a neighborhood in The Hague, developed at the location where airport Ypenburg was situated since 1936.

Zeeheldenkwartier / Tu Wijk

A lovely neighbourhood with noble houses, spacious new homes and apartments, which is near the city center.
