Delftechpark is a business park for innovative, knowledge-intensive companies. The development started in 1995. Previously the football club sv Wippolder was established at this location (sportpark Oudelaan).
In 2012, the last two lots were issued and built. Approximately 75 companies are located there now. The total lettable area is approximately 82,000 m2.
