If a deposit was paid by you, you would like this to be quickly refunded. If the property transfer is properly completed and all obligations are met, this will quickly be the case. We try to do this within one month after termination of the lease.
We will transfer the amount due to your bank account
The inspection shall identify the matters under the lease which are not in order. We include this in the inspection report and estimate the damage, this can take a longer time. Especially if a bid must be requested or damage report prepared it takes a longer time to complete.
Also if the house is not clean before the final inspection there will be a cleaning professional cleaning which will be charged.
